Well, they did it.  The Trump court, in essence, has said: 

"Sorry gals, but we think it is best to let the Baptists and the Catholics in your state decide whether or not you can end your pregnancy.  We're not saying that you can't end it, we are just saying that we feel it is best to let the Baptists and the Catholics in your state decide.  So, if they take your right away, that's them, not us".
